Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a simple way of meditating which is outside any one religious tradition and can be helpful in coping with the stress of daily life

All QMUL students and staff are welcome, from 13.30 to 2pm every Monday in term time.

The last session of this academic year will be on Monday 24th August 2017 and will start again on the Monday 4th September 2017.
